house rules

• Quiet hours: 8 pm - 8am. (We value our neighbors!)

• Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 10am

• One well-behaved and well-trained dog is ok. Must not leave unattended inside or out, must clean up after.

• Maximum number of guests is 8 at Sonoran Hacienda and 7 at Sundance Hacienda, including children and infants.

• No smoking of anything inside the house. Outside is fine; please clean up.

• No events or parties. If you want to have a few friends/family over, please just let us know prior.

• Only guests listed on the registration allowed on property without prior permission.

• No commercial events or photography

• If you have opted for pool heat, the solar cover must be put on the pool after use each night

• We keep our check-out tasks easy:

  • Leave linens on beds and towels on floor or hanging

  • Take out the trash and recycling from the kitchen

  • Ensure no food is left in the house or outside

  • Wash dishes / start the dishwasher

  • Close and lock all windows and doors

• Additional instructions provided prior to booking. Any violation of our house rules will result in termination of the rental agreement without refund and payment for any damages.
